Description
Providing a new and dynamic way for viewing the future, our project focuses on bringing the future to you. By putting yourself in the shoes of someone from the future in the future world, our project will allow you to experience the future firsthand. Experience the lifestyle of the future now.
Goals & Objectives
The aims and goals of our project are to present the people a glimpse of what Singapore will be like in 2050. On top of that, is to provide a fun and innovative way of experiencing the future.
As many may think that the future might be a bleak one after disasters happened one after another, etc: Sept 11, terrorists attack, SARS in Southeast Asia and even the most recent hurricane disaster in US, but we will like to present the future by providing hope for the people despite the recent events.
Targeted Platform and Target Audience
We’ll be using Mac and PC for our project. Target audience will be the teens aged from 10 to 18 because they will more likely to be interested what will happen in the future, and most probably be still around in the year 2050.
Project Overview
Our project is going to cover 3 main sections namely, home, school and downtown in which will be presented in a first person’s view of the user. We want the user to experience our impression of the future through a list of interactive activities.
To bring the user closer to the environment that is provided in the application, he/she will be able to browse through the application with their name and preferences. The applications also seek to present ideas of the future in various means through dialogue boxes.
